We are Eris Evolution, LLC at 167 Graham Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11206. The closest subway stop is the Montrose L. Free street parking is usually available during evening events; there are no paid garages within a 5 minute walk. Our hours vary based on our event calendar and we are not generally open outside of event hours (that is, if there's no event on the calendar, we are closed).

Book an Event

If you would like to book your event at Eris:
  • Please first read about our space, including a virtual tour, floor plan, tech specs, and more.
  • Whether you are ready to book right away or have questions before making your decision, please use our booking inquiry form to get in touch.
  • All booking inquiries must be via this form; the staff answering our phones can't help with availbility, rates, etc.
  • Please note that our comedy program is run by Brooklyn Comedy Collective. Any comedy shows expecting an audience of less than 80 guests or running less than 3 hours should send inquiries to BCC directly.

Perform @ Eris

If you would like to perform at Eris:
  • Please note that Eris is an event space, meaning third-party event promoters book our space to produce their event, and it is generally these third parties who book the artists -- not Eris.
  • You may wish to look at the upcoming events page and click through to find and reach out to the promoter behind the events that would be a good fit for your art.
  • Are you a comedian? Our comedy program is run by Brooklyn Comedy Collective. Please reach out to them for all comedy bookings.
  • Were you interested in performing at our Wednesday Open Decks nights? All signups for Open Decks are done in-person on Wednesdays and usually 2-4 weeks in advance, absent a last-minute cancellation. Please no e-mails about Open Decks signups: come meet the crew in-person.
  • On rare occasion, Eris directly hires music or visual performers. If you would like us to keep you in mind for these opportunities, please use the form below.
  • Finally, if you are a visual artist of any kind (paint, LEDs, projection, mixed media, etc.) and want to pitch your idea or art for Eris to commission/purchase, please also use the form below.

Lost Item

If you lost an item at Eris:
  • Due to the overwhelming number of items left behind in our space, we cannot check for your item in response to e-mail or phone inquiries; you must come in person.
  • Please check the events calendar to see when we're next open. Our staff is generally present at least 30 minutes before opening time; this is the best time to come.

Noise / Emergency

If you would like to report a noise problem or emergency situation at Eris:
  • Noise - Eris takes seriously our commitment to respect our neighbors. Please let us know what kind of noise (music, yelling, etc.), when it is happening, and where you are located. It is difficult to fix noise complaints when we don't know if the noise is bothering you upstairs, across the street, or next door.
  • Emergency - If someone is in danger, please call 911 before filling out this form. Otherwise, please note that the form below is immediately dispached to our management team for prompt resolution. This is the fastest way to reach our team; our managers are unlikely to be able to answer phone calls while an event is happening.
  • Non-emergency inquires (lost items, etc.) sent via this form will be discarded. Please use a different form for non-emergency requests.

Problems

If you would like to let us know of a problem at Eris:
  • Please use this form if the problem is a noise complaint or an emergency.
  • Please note that Eris is an event space, meaning third-party event promoters book our space to produce their event, and it is generally these third parties who book the entertainment and sell you tickets. If you did not like the entertainment or had a ticketing problem, please reach out to the promoter first.
  • If you were dissatisfied by the bar service, security, or any problems with the physical facilities, we definitely want to hear about that. Please let us know below.
