Our Friend Holland: Celebration of Life
We recently lost a friend loved by so many that it is hard to define who "we" is. But if you are part of the "we" who loved Holland Edwards, we invite you to celebrate his life with us on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, from 10pm until quite late.
This event is a party: a joyful celebration of the life, friendship, love, generosity, and banter that Holland provided us. There will be music, dancing, stories, drinking, snacks, and laughter, but please do your best to leave your tears at home for this one.

We want to make sure we have the right headcount, so tickets are required for a nominal fee of $5. 100% of ticket revenue will go to charity. This event will benefit 401(c)(3) charities Satmar Bikur Cholim, which cooks and donates kosher meals in New York City hospitals ("Did you know that you can go into any hospital in Manhattan and ask for the kosher cafeteria and get free matzo ball soup?" ~Holland, often) and The Empathy Project, by NYU Langone Center for Empathy in Medicine, which (our words not theirs) teaches doctors not to be robots and to heal first by giving a fcuk.
IMPORTANT: If you just wish to make a donation, but do not intend to attend the event, please choose one of the "I can't attend" options so that we can best allocate our limited capacity. Only the "I'll Be At the Celebration!" tickets include entrance to the event. |
